Is it too really much to ask for?
For everyone to simply forgive and forget.
And then move on,pretending like absolutely nothing happened.
For what I've been through, it definitely is.
I'd reconsider if it was just one or two misunderstandings.
But countless misunderstandings, suggests something's not right.
Or something is just not meant to be the way you want it to be.
I mean, shit happens to everyone right?
You don't just dwell on it till someone save you from your own sorrows.
You either save yourself, or just keep on running or hiding.
Nobody wants to carry another person's burden unwillingly.
Cause I know I don't.
I'm just saying, I'm done with dealing with shit like this.

Well, the first week of 2012 is over.
Things have been, well, pretty much unbalanced lately.
School isn't getting any easier.
There's truckloads of assignment piling up and I've got to admit, it's a struggle.
I can barely get enough sleep every night.
Yet, I've still got to sacrifice time to study and do assignments.
I guess it's time I kiss my social life goodbye.
Or at least tone it down till it's back to the holidays.

Friends.
What's there to say?
Nothing much except I really miss my IJ friends.
Life is a hell lot duller without you guys :(
No joke.

So anyways, the whole 'no new year resolution' thing got me thinking.
Perhaps I decided not to have one, because nothing seems satisfactory?
Like seriously.
What am I going to gain from telling myself 'Study harder'?
Yeah, better grades probably but I'm going to hate myself if I still screw up.
'No more alcohol'
Yeah, it's healthier for my body but i'll resort to something worse when I feel like crap.
And for everything else, it's the same.
There's a pro, and a con.
So basically, what I realized is,
I'm a bloody pessimist.

Insecurities kill.

My parents aren't gonna organize anything, cause they never do.

Time check : 1st August, 12.32am.
The year is passing faster than it should.
I guess it's a pretty good thing.
Especially since 2011 has been nothing but unfair to me.
Then again, time is precious.
Which makes it a bad thing.

Since it's the 8th month, I made a list of 8 things I like and dislike about myself.
4 of each because i'm oh so lazy to put much thought into it.
Yes I'm completely aware how primary school this is.
But I'm embracing my long forgotten childhood.
:)

So let's start with the positive.
1. I like my body now. Its not fat anymore and definitely more tone.
2. I live that i've become much more responsible.
3. I like that I don't depend on company anymore (Getting the hang of the loner thing.)
4. I like that my hair is growing and my curls will be back in no time!

Now for the negative.
1. I'm not a fan of my skin-tone. Way way too dark :/
2. I hate that my body refuses to wake up any earlier than 7!
3. I hate that I've turn into a total crybaby nowadays.
4. I hate that I've not been able to stay away from bad habits.

So since that's done, I guess I'm done for tonight.

It's 12.12am, I'm insanely exhausted.

There's so much angst around me right now.

So today was a rather relaxing day.
First, i realized i got about 17 hours of sleep last night.
It may sound ridiculous for a person to sleep that much in a day,
But, i've been deprived of sleep way too much.
Anyways, rushed down to CCK stadium to catch the B' Girls relay.
Not to mention, reaching just before their heat :)
The race didn't go too well, but hey! There's always room for improvement!
So it ended up pouring like hell, and we were stranded in the stadium.
Come to think about it, i really do miss track :(
Yes, i am training in TP, but the feeling is different :'(
I don't have my lovely girls with me :'(

Anyways, i headed over to nut's place once the rain subsided.
HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY NUT!
Ate yummy korean food cooked by Rachaell.
Then we went 'swimming'.
We attempted playing games at first but they all ended up in failure.
So eventually, we gave up and just chilled.
It got way too cold after awhile, so we headed to the sauna.
I LOVE THE SAUNA!

Then, it was back to nut's house for more fun and laughter.

The talk of orientation is sizzling at the moment.
Nearly everyone seems to be doing fine.
I'm, how you say, on the verge of pissing in my boxers.
Yes people, i know i don't seem like the first person you'd want to approach.
But i don't bite (Not an enraged dog with rabbis here, fyi!)
A-math is surprisingly manageable.
I came to class like the loner i am and headed straight for the back row.
But there were two weird guys there.
So i sat like, right-smack in the middle.
The girl beside me, was like a bloody blur cock i swear!
She whispers answers to herself.
Like HELLO?! That's what thinking is for.

Gosh, i sounded really bitchy there, but this is going to get worse.
So the other girls i've seen so far, in the same course.
They're way shorter, plump, and this is best.
I seriously think i'm way prettier than them, HAHA!
Yes yes, the EGO is a killer.
But like come on, i rate myself a 2/10.
Oh well, we'll just see how orientation goes next week.

On a brighter, less egoistic and bitchy note, I'm glad i stayed on with track.
I can feel my body aching like mad.
And i feel super shagged after trainings.
So my fats are dying, muscles are building.
But i still need a gym buddy.

'Everyday i'm shuffling.'

Monday to Wednesday we finally had our long delayed chalet.
It felt great to see everyone again after so long.
So we started off quiet as usual.
Gosh, was I dying at the BBQ pit.
One, it's super hot there.
Two, the smoke was killing my eyes.
And three, boy, was there alot to barbecue.
Then we started to hype up and everyone was just amazing!
There were truckloads of funny lines that came out.
Especially while playing Taboo.

Downstairs was like the appetizer.
You start off slow.
Then we headed off back to the room.
And that was the main course :)
The most distinct memory i had was of Party Rock Anthem.
I was breathing outside and shuffling.
And everyone inside was shuffling too.
GOSH! Wild.
So the night or morning (whatever you call it) just killed it.
The next two day were more silent, but we had fun too.

Then today, Theresian Awards Day.
So i went down to cheer on my pals.
Michelle, Kristel and Jessie all received like, HUGE awards.
Feels good to have such talented friends! Keke~

Basically, my week was hands down, WONDERFUL!
Now, poly starts in two weeks.
I'm still worried i can't make friends :(
Oh well.
Just got to follow my motto, 'Just go with the flow.'

Sunday was surprising pleasant.
Plans for church-hopping was called off cause Althea was sick.
Hope you're feeling better honey :)
So i headed off for the usual 6pm Eucharist at St Anthony's.
Then a sushi dinner with Avlyn, Sean, Anthony and Bernard.
Being me, i was mostly silent in their presence.
Not that i'm shy or anything.
I just had nothing to share.
But they were cool.
Trying to make conversation and stuff.

So after a delightful dinner, we headed to Bojangles.
For drinks and pool.
I didn't buy a single beverage to avoid smelling like alcohol at home.
Talk about self-control ^^
Bojangles has the perfect environment.
To chill out i guess.
Rocking old school music as well.

Monday was usual.
It came, it passed.
Let tuesday be delightful.

You know what i really miss right now.

I really miss being in 2J, and 3J too.

Those were the days(:

Where everything is just fun and laughter.

I really miss all the events we did.

During chinese new year, we went to east coast.

2 nights ago, i went for a night walk.
It was pretty worth my sleepless night.
We saw a phyton in the middle of our trail.
I fell into a seriously deep hole.
It was all the way up my hips.
I love being out in nature like that :)

But i like it that way.
Children's camp was on for the past 3 days too.
Being a facilitator is not very easy.
But we managed to survive the camp.
And we got compliments from parents.

In exactly two week, i'll be off to New Zealand.
More adventures and fears to conquer for me.
Well, today we played soccer.
Apparently, there is no peace at court anymore.
People just come in, and play.
What happened to RESPECT?

Okay, soo we went for bubble tea after.
There was like a pearl-war happening.
Then daniel wanted to lunch, soo off we went to loy kee.
Avlyn and tulang crashed back from there.
It was still early, and i thought time would fly.

Hahah, soo i took my weight in some machine.
It soo cheated my feelings!
In actual fact, i'm 48.5kg!
The machine said i was 37.5kg!
Look at the difference, it's like 11kg.
I couldn't have possibly lost that much in 3 months.
